After booking, this should be your first appointment at Sorelle. Please bring your New Client Packet so we can review policies. Also, you will need a notebook and pen that you will bring to every appointment, a list of vendors with contact information, and your inspiration pictures for decorating (please keep this as narrowed as possible to your style).

At this meeting, we will take 30 minutes to an hour for you to come in and ask questions, look through our storage room, and finalize your floor and decor plan.

This meeting is for clients that have purchased our advance decorating service ($500).

Cake consultation and tasting with Cari Hajny - Clarke's Cakery and Events. This meeting will be held on TUESDAY'S ONLY at Sorelle. If a Tuesday appointment is not available or you cannot accommodate this schedule, please text Cari ASAP and we can figure out another place to meet such as Starbucks in Weatherford on another day of the week.

This meeting is for an IN-PERSON MEETING ON TUESDAY ONLY with Cari Hajny - Clarke's Cakery & Events.

This appointment is for clients who choose to book an additional day at the venue for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. During this appointment our caterer and decorating team will be available for you to ask questions, discuss your event, and plan your rehearsal dinner.

Our team will meet with you two weeks before your event in order to answer any questions, sign planning documents, and finalize all aspects of your event. This is required for all clients regardless of event type.
